Studio Info - Important Announcements
**Effective May 1st, 2013 students brand new to the Mysore Ashtanga style will be placed on wait list and begin study as space becomes available. Visiting students with an established Mysore practice are welcome as drop ins or 5 class pass.

Mysore SF is a Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga school dedicated to maintaining the Ashtanga lineage and tradition as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois of Mysore South India.   Through this daily ceremony we hope to invoke and inspire yoga practitioners of all levels.
